FAQs
Late May to early June and September to mid-October are the sweet spots for luxury travel, warm, sunny, and far less crowded than the July and August peak. July and August are extremely busy (and hot) on the popular islands. For Santorini and Mykonos especially, September is ideal: the sea is at its warmest, the crowds have thinned, and the light is beautiful. The shoulder months also often offer better hotel availability and pricing.
Santorini is the more romantic, dramatic, and scenically breathtaking of the two, the caldera, the sunsets, the volcanic landscape. It's quieter (relatively) and more focused on hotel experiences and dining. Mykonos is more vibrant, cosmopolitan, and social, famous beach clubs, a buzzing town, livelier nightlife, and a more energetic atmosphere. Many guests do both: 4 nights Santorini, 3 nights Mykonos is a very popular combination that captures the best of each.
Corfu, Crete, and Halkidiki are the strongest family choices, they offer the best beaches, most child-friendly resorts, and easiest access. Costa Navarino on the Peloponnese is arguably the finest family resort in the Mediterranean, with a dedicated children's club, multiple pools, water sports, and excellent facilities. Santorini and Mykonos are less ideal for young children, the terrain is steep, beaches are limited, and the experience is primarily adult-oriented.

Popular combinations include Santorini + Mykonos (short internal flight or high-speed ferry), Athens + Santorini + Mykonos, or Corfu + mainland Greece. We arrange all inter-island connections, transfers, and accommodation, so you simply enjoy the journey.
UK passport holders do not currently need a visa for short stays in Greece (up to 90 days). However, the EU's ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is expected to come into effect, we'll advise on current entry requirements at the time of booking and ensure you have everything in order before you travel.
