This means your holiday money is held in an independent trust fund at all times, fully protected from the moment you pay your deposit until you return home. PTS is one of the most comprehensive financial protection schemes in the travel industry, giving you complete peace of mind.

We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and fully comply with the UK GDPR. We take data protection seriously and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Your details are used solely to provide the travel services you request.

All flight-inclusive holidays we sell through our licensed operators are financially protected by the Civil Aviation Authority's ATOL scheme. Should your operator cease trading, you would receive a full refund or be repatriated if already abroad at no extra cost. An ATOL certificate will be issued when you book.

We recommend all clients check the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) travel advice before and during travel at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. The FCDO provides up-to-date guidance on safety, entry requirements, health, and local laws to help ensure a safe and smooth holiday.

We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance as soon as you book. Good travel insurance protects you against cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and many other unexpected events.
